Today, one of our customer brought in his laptop to our shop. The problem was internet is not working. (No networking) In our experience, most of internet problem caused by: airplain mode, WiFi switch off, deleted networking driver, and wrong network configuration. In today’s case, none of them caused the problem. Let’s find out how we fixed this internet problem. πŸ˜€ πŸ˜€ πŸ˜€

This is the Toshiba SatelliteΒ C650D laptop. It looks alright, but let’s turn in on to see what is happening !

All of the networking drivers are properly installed. It looks good. We removed the Teredo Tunneling Pseudo-Interface since the laptop does not need it.

We’ve found something strange. When we go to “Network Connections” to check the configuration of networking devices, nothing was there. Also when we checked the Windows Taskbar, there was no WiFi icon. So we decided to disable the networking adapters and then enable again.

The disable & enable did not work in this case. We can first try to re-install networking drivers, but we just decided to do Windows System Restore to go back to a previous Windows state.
