Method 02. Remove googletalkplugin_port file
Step 01. Close Google Chrome web browser.
Step 02.Please navigate to the following folder by operating system:
Windows (C:\Users\Administrator\AppData\Local\Google\Google Talk Plugin)
Mac (Finder/Library/Application Support/Google/Google Talk Plugin)
Step 03. Find and delete googletalkplugin_port file.
Step 04. Please restart your computer and try to reinstall.
