1. Force a Reset
Step 01. Please connect your phone to the power out wall.
Step 02. Try to charge it at least 30 minutes.
Step 03. Press and Hold Down the power button for more than 30 seconds until the screen turns on.
2. Two Buttons Reset
Step 01. Plug your phone to the power source (Wall)
Step 02. Wait for 5 minutes. (Need your phone to be charged.)
Step 03. Press and Hold Volume Up + Power Buttons at the same time about 30 seconds until the screen turns on. You can release all buttons whenever the screen turns on.
Step 04. If holding down volume up + power buttons didn’t work?, try to press and hold down Volume Down + Power buttons together for about 30 seconds.
Step 05. Still your device doesn’t responsive? Try the next steps.
3. Yellow Button Reset
01. Please take a look at the SD card slot. Do you see the Yellow button? It will reset the battery on your Xperia Z3. Press and Hold the Yellow button for about 5 – 10 seconds.
Step 02. Connect your phone to the power out wall and Press and hold the power button until the screen turns on. You can release the power button when the screen turns on.
