Need to hard reset for your Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge?

How to perform soft reset?

Method 01.

Step 01. Press and Hold the Volume Down + Power buttons at the same time about 10 seconds until your phone is restarting.

Method 02.

(Recommend you to perform this method when your phone won’t turn on or not responding)

Step 01. Please turn off your phone completely.

Step 02. Press and Hold Home + Volume Up + Power buttons at the same time until you see the Android Robot icon. You can release all buttons, if the Android Robot appease on the screen.

Step 03. Please choose Wipe Cache Partition using the volume button and select it using the power button.

How to perform factory reset?

Step 01. Make sure that your Galaxy S6 Edge is turned off completely.

Step 02. Press and Hold Home + Volume Up + Power buttons at the same time until the Android icon comes up on the screen. If the Android robot comes up, you can release all buttons.

Step 03. If you wait for few seconds, it will get into recovery mode with some menu options. Press the volume button to navigate to Wipe Data/Factory Reset option and press the power button to select the option.

Step 04. Select Yes – Delete all user data option.

Step 05. When the hard reset process is finished, select the Reboot System Now to reboot your phone.
