Is your Galaxy S4 own’t turn on after update? or Too slow? nor responding? Don’t worry!! Factory Reset might solve your problems. Just let you know that hard resetting deletes all of your files and personal settings, so we want you to create a backup file if you have a lot of important data. Before starting factory reset, we want to recommend you to perform wipe cache partition  first, because it won’t erase any of your personal files and settings.

 

How to perform wipe cache partition

01. Please completely turn off your Galaxy S4.

02. Now press and hold the Home + Volume Up + Power keys at the same time and release all keys when the Android logo comes up on the screen.

03. Please choose wipe cache partition. You can use the volume key to navigate and power key to select.

04. After the wiping cache partition process is done, select Reboot System Now option to reboot your mobile device.

 

How to perform Factory Reset

01. As you’ve done in wipe cache partition, please make sure that your device is turned off completely.

02. Press and hold Home + Volume Up + Power keys together to access the recovery mode. Release all keys when the Android Robot logo appears.

03. Use the volume key to highlight Wipe data/factory reset option and select this option using the power key.

04. It will ask you to confirm. Select Yes – delete all user data.
