Galaxy On5 – Softest & Hard Reset

Our recommendation is to perform soft reset first before performing hard reset on Galaxy On5. Hard Resetting restore your device to its factory settings, so it’s always better to back up your phone before hard resetting. Also make sure your battery life is more than 50% before performing hard reset, otherwise your phone is turned off unexpectedly while resetting and your phone might be in trouble. However let’s get it started!

Method 01 – Press the power button for 5 – 10 seconds and when you get options to choose, select Power Off.

Method 02 – Try to remove your battery and wait for 1 minute. > Put the battery back and turn it on
