01. Internet Connection (Check Internet Model or Router)

Your Internet connection can cause this problem. Please check if your Internet Connection is working properly.

  • Check if the Airplane Mode is turned on. (If Airplane Mode is turned on, Wi-fi function stops working.)
  • Check your router or Internet Modem. Try to reset.

 

02. Restart your mobile device

  • Please reboot your mobile device (Turn off and on)

 

03. Reset network settings

  • Go to Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings > After rebooting, Try to reconnect to internet

 

04. Re-install Netflix App
