Today we are going to share how to hard reset on LG G4 smartphone. Hard resetting will erase all of your data and personal settings, so we recommend you to create a backup file before factory resetting. Also before performing factory reset, try to fully charge your battery, otherwise your phone might be turned off while resetting. You can consider to reset your phone to factory default, if your phone is on one of the following situation:

  • Running too slow
  • Not responding
  • Screen not working (black screen)
  • won’t turn on after update
  • Keep getting an error message
