Today we are going to share how to reset your HTC One ME smartphone to its factory default settings. If your phone is running too slow or keeps freezing or getting errors too often, factory reset might resolve the issues. Just few important thing to check before starting.
- Please fully charge your device otherwise it might be shut down while progressing. It could bring a serious software issue.
- Try to create a backup file because factory reset will remove all of your data.
Hard Reset
Step 01. Shut down your phone completely.
Step 02. Press and Hold Volume Down + Power keys together at the same time until the Android robot appears on the screen. You can release all keys when you see the Android Robot.
Step 03. If you are in the recovery mode, navigate to Factory Reset by pressing the volume down button and press the power button to select.
Step 04. It’s all done.
