How to combine two different calendars together in Microsoft Outlook 2007 ?

Microsoft Office package used to provides many more than what we normally need like word program. One of them is Outlook. The Outlook offers email, calendar, contacts, task and more. Today, we are going to learn how to combine and separate when you have more than one calendar in Outlook 2007.  Let’s find out how. 😀

How to see multiple calendars in one calendar

Let’s do it. Turn on your Microsoft Outlook 2007 and go to “Calendar

Next, on the left panel, you will see “My Calendars” section. In here, you can see all the calendars you have. Check the calendars you want to combine together and do right click, then click “View in Overlay Mode

Now, the calendars will be displayed as one calendar.

If you want to separate the calendars again, do this. Check the calendars, and right click on it, then click “View in Side-By-Side Mode” The calendars will be separated again.
