Today we are sharing an instruction of performing soft reset and hard reset with Samsung Galaxy A7 smartphone. Please follow the guide below step by step. (Note: It’s always safe to make a back up file before hard resetting, because hard reset erases all your data and personal settings.)
SOFT RESET
Step 01. Press and hold the power button for about 10 seconds.
Step 02. Tab on Power Off.
HARD RESET
Step 01. first of all, shut down the device completely (Press the power button for about 5 – 10 seconds).
Step 02. Press and Hold Home + Volume Up + Power Keys together.
Step 03. Release all buttons when the logo comes up on the screen.
Step 04. Navigate to wipe data/factory reset option using the volume button and select it using the power button.
Step 05. It will ask you to confirm. Select Yes – delete all user data.
Step 06. Select reboot system now. Well done! Hope you successfully done this process.
