Here is how to wipe cache and hard reset on OnePlus One smartphone. Please try to run a soft reset first before hard reset because the issues might be resolved without erasing data. Sometime old cache causes a problem. Here are two important things to keep in mind. First thing is to fully charge your OnePlus One before operating because if the device is shut down during the progress, it might bring a serious damage into the system. Second thing is to create a back up file if there is a important felt to save.

SOFT RESET (Wipe Cache)

Step 01. Press and Hold Volume Down + Power buttons at the same time until the OnePlus Logo appears on the screen.

Step 02. Now try to select wipe cache partition in the recovery mode with volume down button and select it using power button.

Step 03. When the wiping cache partition process is done, select reboot system now.
