Solutions – iTunes error 50 when downloading Movies.

+ Solutions for iPad & iPhone 

Are you getting this error message on your iPad or iPhone? We are going to delete all the caches related to video folder Follow this steps below to fix it!

Go to Setting on your iPad or iPhone -> General -> Reset -> Reset All Settings

(Note. All the settings on your iPad or iPhone will be deleted.)

 

+ Solutions for PC (Mac OS & Windows)

Step 01. We are going to delete the iTunes download folder that contains video cached files. Here are solutions to fix the issues for various different operating systems. (Note. Make sure that your iTunes closed before you trying this steps.)

Mac os x: In order to delete the download folder, Navigate to Music/iTunes/iTunes Media/Downloads. <– Delete downloads folder.

Windows 7: Navigate to \Users\username\My Music\iTunes\iTunes Media\Downloads. <– Delete downloads folder.

Windows Vista: Navigate to \Users\username\Music\iTunes\iTunes Media\Downloads. <– Delete downloads folder.

Windows XP: Navigate to \Documents and Settings\username\My Documents\My Music\iTunes\iTunes Media\Downloads. <– Delete downloads folder.

 

Step 02. Reboot your computer and Launch iTunes. Try downloading movies again.
