We are performing hard reset on Samsung Galaxy A9 today. If you have important data on your phone, please back up your phone first before performing hard reset. Soft Reset

Step 01. Press and hold the power button for about 10 seconds.

Step 02. Tab on Power Off.

 

Hard Reset

Step 01. first of all, shut down the device completely (Press the power button for about 5 – 10 seconds).

Step 02.  Press and Hold Home + Volume Up + Power Keys together.

Step 03. Release all buttons when you see the Android Logo.

Step 04. Now try to select wipe data/factory reset option using the volume and power buttons.

Step 05. Select Yes – delete all user data in the next steps.

Step 06. Select reboot system now. Well done! Hope you successfully done this process.
