This information is for Windows XP, Windows Vista, Windows 7, Windows 8, Windows 8.1, and Windows 10 Operating Systems. What do I do if I am not able to remove a program on Microsoft Windows Operating System. In normal situation, you may go to control panel (programs and features or add remove programs under control panel), and then you can uninstall any installed programs, but sometimes you may not able to remove a program with an error message. 1. Please click the link above and download the Revo Uninstaller FREE version, then install the program. After the installation, run the program. Now you will see something like the picture #1
2. You will see all the installed programs on your Microsoft Windows.
3. Select a program you would like to uninstall, then click “Uninstall” on the top menu.
4. A small window will pop-up to confirm the removal. Click “Yes”.
5. Now you will see something like the picture #5. Please check moderate and click next.
6. Wait until the green bar reaches the end. When it reaches the end of the bar, click next.
7. Wait until the Revo Uninstaller finishes scanning all the related files & registry.
8. When the green status bar reaches the end, click next.
9. Now you will see something like the picture #9
10. Click Select All, and Click Delete, then click next.
11. You are all done ! You have successfully deleted the program you could not delete under control panel.

I installed Revo but still not able to uninstall Microsoft Security Essential !
In that case, please try to create another administrator account in Windows, and try to login with the new administrator account, then please try to uninstall the program from the control panel.

Thanks for the free download to de-install programs. It worked for one program (I-cinema) that I could not remove via the normal way. I have still some files (including .exe files) from Solution Read that I’d like to delete, but I don’t know how. I see them via the Explorer and in the Task Manager, but can’t simply remove them as “they are open in another program” (according tot the pop-up). Any advise?
Try to start your Windows in safe mode, and try deleting them. It should work.

I got the unwished program uninstalled with revo but it moved some of the files to the trash bin and now I cant remove them from there and the malware is still on my computer. It’s called 4younet and everytime i google something, 5 seconds later a new tab opens and uses 4younet to make a new search of what I googled. It’s getting really annoying and i can’t seem to find any way to remove it properly. Thank you.
Try to download the Malwarebytes Free and do a scan.

If anything detected, when the scanning is finished, click quarantine all button. We are confident that this will detect the adware you have.

Hi there! My C drive is full and I have been trying to remove a program ‘Macromedia Flash 8’ but everytime I click ‘yes’ I get a message that says that I don’t have enough space to remove the file :S PLS HELP!!!!
You should try to remove some of your personal files (pictures, music etc) first, then try again. Windows needs enough hard drive space to operate.

I have installed and run Revo to un-install 2 programs ; ;SpyHunter & Super Optimizer. Revo tells me all files and registers have been scanned and programs have been removed but they are still listed and running.
As per your advice to a earlier query, I created a new administrator account to uninstal the programs using that account but the SpyHunter & Super Optimizer. programs are not listed there.
Any help would be appreciated, thank you
