Retry Error Message: Google Play has no connection – Fix

Are you having trouble with This error Message (“No Connection – Retry”)? Don’t worry anymore! Here we are sharing how to fix Google Play has no connection error message on Google Play Store.

 

01. Correct Date & Time Settings

Go to Settings > Date & Time > Select Automatic date & time. > Reboot Your Phone. (Turn off & on)

 

02. Clear Cache and Data

01. Go to  Settings  > Applications > Manage Applications and select All

02. Go to Google Play Store and tap Clear cache & Clear data.

03. Reboot Your Phone. (Turn off & on).

 

03. Downgrade Updates

01. 01. Go to  Settings  > Applications > Manage Applications and select All

02. Go to Google Play Store and tap Uninstall Updates.

03. Reboot Your Phone. (Turn off & on).

 

04. Remove and Add Your Google Play Store Account.

01. Go to Settings > Accounts > Google > Select Your Account

02. Go to Menu and Select Remove Account, and then Add Your Account.

03. Now Restart your mobile device and try it again.
