There probably is a bunch of people who are struggling with this issues. If your iPhone or iPad doesn’t turn on or won’t charge or stuck on Apple logo or not responding?, Please try these steps below first before you bring your iPhone or iPad to the Apple Store. Hope you fix the issues through the steps.
01. Hard Reset
– Press and hold the Power and Home buttons at the same time for 10 – 15 seconds until the Apple logo appears.
– If this is not working, Try second method (DFU Mode).
02. DFU Mode
– If your iPhone is turned on, make sure that your iPhone is turned off before putting into DFU mode. (Press & Hold Power and home button at the same time for 10 seconds to turn off your iPhone.)
– Connect your iPhone to your computer and open iTunes.
– Now Press and Hold the power & home buttons at the same time for 10 seconds.
– After 10 seconds, Release only the power button and keep holding the home button for another 10 seconds.
– You will get a message that your are in DFU mode on iTunes.
– Now try to restore by pressing the restore button on iTunes.
03. Still not working?
There might be a problem with the hardware (Battery, motherboard, etc). Try to bring your iPhone to the Apple Store near your place.
