iTunes Connection Unknown Error 3212 on Windows7 & Windows8

Today, We are sharing how to fix the unknown error 3212 on Windows 7 or Windows 8. The unknown error 3212 is usually occurred when trying to connect to iTunes. Here are few ways to solve the issues. Please follow the instruction to fix!

 

01. Changing the setting

Right Click on the iTunes icon > Properties > Go to Compatibility tab > Check the box to “Run this program in compatibility mode for:

Reboot your computer and try again if the error message still appears.

 

02. Turning Off Anti-Virus Real Time Protection

– If you have an Anti-Virus software installed, Please turn off the Anti-Virus software that is still running on your computer. It is usually located in the bottom right side. You can probably see the little anti-virus icon. Right Click on that icon and Close the  Anti-Virus software.

– Try connecting iTunes again.

 

03. Block the firewall from Norton 360 Anti-Virus Software

– If you have Norton 360 Anti-Virus installed on your computer, Launch Norton 360 Anti-Virus software > Settings > Firewall > Program Rules > iTunes > Set to Block > Click Apply to save the settings.

– Try connecting iTunes and Check if it’s working.
