We are going share how to perform hard reset on Samsung Z1 smartphone. We have few important things to tell you before performing hard reset.
- Make sure your battery is charged more than 50%, otherwise your phone might be turned off while resetting.
- Back up your files before performing hard reset. (Hard resetting erases all of your data and settings)
- We recommend to run a soft reset first before hard reset.
Perform Soft Reset
Step 01. Press and Hold the power button for more than 10 seconds. (Phone will shut down and reboot) OR try remove and replace the battery
Perform Hard Reset
Step 01. Press and hold down the power button for 5 to 10 seconds and tab on Power off to turn it off completely.
Step 02. Make sure your phone is completely shut down. If it’s turned off completely, Press and Hold Home + Volume Up + Power buttons at the same time until the Logo appears on the screen.
Step 03. Now you will see some options with the exclamation mark in yellow triangle. Select Phone initialization (Factory reset excerpt SD card) with the volume down button and select it with the power button.
Step 04. It will ask you to continue. Select Yes.
Step 05. Wait until the hard resetting process is done. When the phone reboots by itself, process is done!
