Personal Hotspot is missing in iOS 8.3 – iPhone 4, 4s, 5, 5s, 6, 6s, iPad

I need to turn on Personal Hotspot on my iPhone, but can’t find the Personal Hotspot settings anymore !

Having hard time to find your Personal Hotspot setting ? You have used the Personal Hotspot before but can’t after upgrading iOS to 8 ? Do not worry. The Personal Hotspot is still in your iPhone or iPad. It is the iOS 8 update that changed the Personal Hotspot settings. Let’s find out how to configure Personal Hotspot in newer iOS (iOS 8 ~)

Where is the Personal Hotspot settings ?

In older iOS, the Personal Hotspot settings  in “Settings” -> “Personal Hotspot”.

In newer iOS, (iOS 8 ~ later version) to configure Personal Hotspot settings,  go to  “Settings” -> “Cellular” -> “Cellular Data” and scroll down to personal hotspot APN, Username, Password. Enter your Cellular Data APN settings here. Now, go back to “Settings” menu. You will see the Personal Hotspot setting again 😀 😀 😀

Or let’s reset the network settings. Go to Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings

It is time turn on your Personal Hotspot and provide FREE internet to your friends!
