Hello 😀 😀 😀 Here we wrote an easy and awesome iPhone tip today. This blog post will teach you how to hide all text message alert on your iPhone. Also, you can learn how to customize the message alert on your iPhone. (You can customize it to get the message alert without displaying the actual message. This is what most people want) We found that many people don’t want to show personal text messages to others, and keep it private, but by default, your iPhone will always display all text messages that you receive on the iPhone Lock Screen. (this means, anyone can read your new text messages without login) Okay. Let’s learn how to control iPhone alert features on your iPhone 6, 5, and 4.
Here is how to hide text messages on iPhone 6, 5, and 4
1 – Go to “Settings“
2 – In Settings, find and tab “Notifications” or “Notification Center” (it is different depends on iOS)
3 – Locate “Messages” and tab it. (In here, you can also turn off notifications of different apps instead of messages)
4 – In here, you can customize iPhone message notification.
If you turn off “Allow Notifications“, it will turn off the whole text message notifications. You won’t get any notifications where there is a new message.
“Badge App Icon” displays number of new text messages in a red circle on icons.
If you leave “Allow Notifications” on, and turn off “Show on Lock Screen“, you will get noticed where there is a new message, but it will not display on your iPhone Lock Screen.
If you scroll down, you will see more options. You can select text message notification type (None, Banners, Alerts), and also you can choose to “Show Previews” of text messages or “No Previews” (If you turn off preview, your notification won’t display the text preview, but it will say “you have a new message”)
