Yeah. It worked. I got rid of Ask.com and nothing else was lost – including the YouTube I was listening to at the time. All bookmarks remained. Thank you! Ask.com is malware!

It would be helpful if you would post a way to get rid of Ask.com without losing everything, which is what happens with Reset.
