In reply to Elaine. Yes. There is a possibility of loosing game data if the data is saved on the device. In that case, have you tried to restart your device ? Thanks.

I’m getting his error on my granddaughters shopkins game she has almost completed all the shopkins it has took her few months to do this if I was to clear the cache and data wud it put the shopkins game back to the very start and she wud loose all that she has collected ?

I’ve been getting error 963 on my new Blu android phone. I found that this occurred when the app is on my sd drive. I moved it back to the internal and it updated fine. Now I can move it back to the sd to save space on my internal. Pain in the butt but it seems to work.
