How to Fix
Step 01. We are going to put Galaxy S6 into the Recovery Mode to clear cache. Turn off your smartphone completely. (Press the power button for about 5 seconds to shut it down completely.
Step 02. Press and Hold Power + Volume Up + Home button at the same time until the logo appears.
Step 03. If you are in the Recovery Mode, please select Wipe Cache Partition using Volume button and press the power button to confirm.
Step 04. You will see clearing caches are processing. Select Reboot System now when the process is done.
