Today we are sharing how to hard reset and soft reset on Microsoft Lumia 535 & Lumia 535 Dual Sim. Please check the followings before performing hard reset.

Make sure your battery is charged more than 50%, otherwise your phone might be turned off while performing hard reset.
Recommend to perform soft reset before hard resetting, because sometime soft reset fix a problem.
Try to make a backup file. Since hard resetting erases all your data and personal settings, we recommend to back up your data before performing hard reset.

Soft Resetting

Step 01. Press and hold down the Volume Down + Power buttons at the same time for about 10 seconds until the phone vibrates.

Hard Resetting

Step 01. Press and hold the power button for few seconds and then slide down to turn it off completely.

Step 02. Press and Hold the Volume Down + Power buttons at the same time until the exclamation mark comes up on the screen.

Step 03. Now press buttons in the following sequence: Volume Up > Volume Down > Power > Volume Down.

Step 04. Once you press the buttons in the following sequence, Microsoft Logo will appear on the screen and hard resetting starts to process. Please wait until the process is done.
