HTC Desire 530 – Factory Reset & Wipe Cache Partition

Performing Hard Reset & Wiping Cache on HTC 530 !

As time goes, caches and datas are accumulated on the system and those old caches and datas might cause a problem on the system. Is your phone running too slow, keeps freezing, stuck at loading screen, and getting a lot of error messages while using? If you have one of the following issues, you can consider to wipe cache partition or factory reset. Before starting, we recommend you to wipe cache partition first instead of factory reset, if you try to resolve some issues on your phone. Because wiping cache doesn’t erase any of your data and the problem could be resolved without loosing data and settings. If wiping cache didn’t resolve the problem, then try to factory reset. There are few important things to do before starting.

First. Try to fully charge your phone otherwise phone could be turned off and it might bring a serious software issues.
Second. Try to create a backup file. Factory reset will erase all of your data and settings. Please keep that in mind.

Wipe Cache & Factory Reset

Step 01. Please shut down the device completely.

Step 02. Press and Hold the Volume Down + Power keys together at the same time until you see the recovery mode screen.

Step 03. When you see the screen like the below, please navigate to Reboot To Bootloader using the volume button and press the power button to select.

Step 04. Select Boot to Recovery Mode.

Step 05. Soon your phone is stuck with the red exclamation mark. Don’t worry! Now Press the Power + Volume Up buttons at the same time. Recovery screen should be appears.

Step 06. Now you can factory reset. But Before running factory reset, try to perform WIPE CAHCE PARTITION first. And check if the problem is resolved. If wipe cache didn’t for work, then try to perform Factory Reset.

Step 07. If the issue has been resolved by wipe cache partition, you can skip this step which is for those who want to perform factory reset. As soon as you select wipe data/factory reset option from the menu, it will ask you to confirm. Select YES.

Step 08. When all the hard reset processing is done, please select Reboot System Now to restart your phone.

HTC ONE M8 – Factory Reset Default

Today we are going to reset HTC One M8 smartphone to factory default. If your phone is running too slow or stuck at loading? or screen doesn’t turn on? or no responding after update? you can consider to perform factory reset. Just one thing you should know about hard reset is that it erases all of your data and settings, so create a backup file if you have important pictures or videos. Before starting, we recommend you to fully charge battery, otherwise your phone might be shut down while factory resetting. If you are ready, Let’s do it!

You might need to reset your phone to factory default, when your phone is in one of the following situation:

Getting an issues after update
Screen doesn’t turn on
No responding or too slow or frozen issues

Hard Reset

01. Please make sure your phone is completely turned off.

02. Press and Hold Volume Down + power buttons at the same time until the recovery mode screen appears on screen. You can release all buttons when you get the recovery mode screen.

03. Use volume down key to navigate Factory Reset and confirm it using the power key.

04. Wait until the factory reset processing is done. Once it gets done, it will restart automatically.

HTC 10 – Factory Reset & Wipe Cache Partition

Before starting factory reset on HTC 10, we recommend you to create a backup file because hard reset erases all of your personal data and settings. It will reset your phone to factory default. Also fully charge your phone otherwise your phone might be turned off while resetting. It could bring a serious software damage to your phone. If you have one of the following issues below, you can consider to perform hard reset.

Doesn’t turn on after software updating
Screen won’t turn on
No Responding
Running too slow or getting an error message too ofter
forever loading

HTC 10 Factory Reset

01. Please power off your HTC 10 smartphone completely.

02. We need to access the recovery mode. In order to get into the recovery mode Press and Hold Volume Down + Power buttons together for about 5-10 seconds. You can release all buttons when you are in recovery mode.

03. When you get this menu options, navigate to Reboot to bootloader using volume key and select it using the power key.

04. Once you select reboot to bootloader, this screen will comes up on the screen. Select Boot To Recovery Mode option.

05. You will get this icon on screen as soon as you select boot to revery mode option. Now Press and Hole Volume Up + Power buttons for about 5 seconds and release all buttons once you get the recovery mode.

06. Highlight Wipe Data/Factory Reset using the volume key and select it using the power key.

(Tips: We recommend you to perform Wipe cache partition first before wipe data / factory reset. The reason why is that wiping cache partition won’t erase anything of your data and settings. It might solve the issues. So try to wipe data cache partition first and if it din’t work, then you can perform wipe data/factory reset.)

07. As soon as you select wipe data/factory reset, hard resetting will be processing. When it’s done, select Reboot System Now to reboot your phone.

HTC One M9 – Hard Reset & Soft Reset (Factory Settings)

Today we are sharing an instruction of performing hard reset & soft reset on HTC One M9. There are few things you should know about hard resetting before starting. Please check the followings before starting to perform hard reset.

Try to perform soft reset(wipe cache partition) first. Your problems could be fixed by soft reset without loosing data.
Hard resetting deletes all your data and settings. Please back up your important files.
It’s always safe to fully charge your phone before starting.

Also if you have one of the following issues, you can consider to reset your phone to factory default.

Running too slow or frozen issues
Update issues (screen doesn’t work or no responding or stuck at loading)

Soft Reset (Wipe Cache Partition)

Step 01. Shut down your phone completely.

Step 02. Press and Hold Volume Down + Power buttons at the same time and release all buttons when the HTC boot mode appears on the screen.

Step 03. In HTC boot mode, navigate to reboot to bootloader using volume down button and press power button to select it.

Step 04. Soon, some options in colour will appears on the screen. Press volume down key to navigate to boot to recovery mode and press power key to select it.

Step 05. Some phone automatically skips this part and some doesn’t. If you stuck at the red exclamation mark with a triangle screen, press and hold Power button and Just press and release Volume Up button while holding the power key.

Step 06. Select wipe cache partition using volume down and power buttons.

Hard Reset (Factory default settings)

Step 01. Turn off your phone completely.

Step 02. Press and Hold Volume Down + Power buttons at the same time and release all buttons when the HTC boot mode appears on the screen.

Step 03. In HTC boot mode, navigate to reboot to bootloader using volume down button and press power button to select it.

Step 04. Some options in colour will appears on the screen. Press volume down key to navigate to boot to recovery mode and press power key to select it.

Step 05. If you stuck at the red exclamation mark with a triangle appears, press Power + Volume Up buttons. Some phones automatically skips this part.

Step 06. Select wipe data/factory reset using volume down and power buttons. When it’s asking to confirm, select Yes.

Step 07. When you get a message “data wipe complete”, Select Reboot system now.

HTC One E9 – Hard Reset (Factory Default Settings)

Here is an instruction of performing factory reset on HTC One E9. Since hard resetting deletes all of your files such as pictures, videos, and etc, we recommend you to backup your important files before starting to perform hard reset. Also don’t forget to fully charge your phone, otherwise, your phone might be turned off unexpectedly during the process.

How to Perform Hard Reset

Step 01. Make sure that your phone is completely turned off.

Step 02. Press and Hold Volume Down + Power keys at the same time and release all keys when the boot mode comes up on the screen.

Step 03. Highlight reboot to bootloader option using the volume button and select it using the power button.

Step 04. Soon you will get another option menus on the screen. Now choose boot to recovery mode.

Step 05. Once you select the boot to recovery mode, your phone is stuck at the red exclamation screen. Don’t worry! Now Press and Hold the Power key and then press and release the volume UP key.

Step 06. When you get the recovery mode screen, navigate to Wipe data/Factory Reset by pressing the volume down button and press the power button to select. (TIP. Before hard resetting, we recommend you to wipe cache partition first. It might resolve the issues without deleting any data.)

Step 07. Please wait until the factory reset processing and when it’s done, select Reboot System Now option to restart your phone.

Hard Reset & Soft Reset on HTC One M9+

Today we are sharing an instruction of performing hard reset & soft reset on HTC One M9+. Before starting to perform hard reset, we need you to check the following important things.

Here is an instruction of performing hard reset on HTC Desire 326G dual sim smartphone. If your phone is running too slow or freezing too often, factory reset might resolve the problem. Before performing factory reset, we recommend to perform wipe cache partition because it could resolve the problem without removing data. Here are few important thing to check before starting.

Make sure that your phone is fully charged, otherwise your phone might be turned off while progressing.

Hard Reset & Wipe Cache Partition

01. Shut down your phone completely.

02. Press and Hold Volume Down + Power keys at the same time and release all keys until you see the recovery mode.
